One of the app's standout features is its unique card game workout, which introduces an element of surprise with each drawn card unveiling the next exercise. Users can select from pre-made decks crafted by coach Sherry Shaban, featuring exercise demonstrations and modifications, or create their own customized workouts. This element of fun makes the time spent exercising feel fleeting.

The innovative Workout Randomizer allows for personalized workout sessions. Users simply select the muscle groups they wish to target and the available equipment, and the app generates a tailored 20-minute HIIT workout.

Developed by Sherry Shaban, a CrossFitter and mother of two who experienced significant physical challenges following a car accident at 16, the HIIT Decks App embodies resilience and creativity. After enduring multiple surgeries and rebuilding her strength over 23 years while assisting countless others in their fitness journeys, Sherry crafted this unique training method. It emphasizes an anti-diet philosophy paired with bodyweight movements and minimal equipment, allowing individuals to redefine their health and fitness in under 20 minutes. Sherry is passionate about helping others overcome obstacles on their path to achieving their best selves.
